Prepolymer method: when production of CUP, chain extension reaction and chain extension cross-linking reaction are divided into two steps, for the reaction with weak activity (chain extension reaction between polyol and isocyanic esters), it has sufficient time to complete, thus, the reaction is thorough, and then, make the produced prepolymer react with chain extensor, the produced elastomer has even structure, which is good for hydrogen bond to be formed between hard paragraph of lyurethane macromolecule and also good for hydrogen bond to be formed between the perssads with strong electronegativity on the hard paragraph and soft paragraph, which makes product have excellent mechanical properties and good repeatability. This equipment is specially used for prepolymer reaction pot of above mentioned. Features： (1) Reasonable in procedure, perfect in configuration, material temperature can be automatically controlled according to technological requirements, even and quick in increasing of temperature, free and convenient in cooling. (2) The reaction pot with advanced structure, the equipment with tight mixing shaft sealing, can ensure the highest vacuum degree to be realized. It adopts Germany feeding bottom valve structure, which can minimize the remains on the bottom of the pot and make the reaction more complete, easier and more reliable go operate.
