This machine can produce hot mould polyurethane flexible foam which is used to make high-quality and low-cost sofa cushion and seat cushion for motorcycle and motor vehicle.

1.High quality: the processing technique of hot mould PU flexible foam by this machine is simple and reliable, and the property of the product is nearly meet that of high-resilience flexible foam. It has high resilience, cozy and safe as well as favorable compression- load ratio.
2. Low cost: low cost of raw material (the high price modified MDI substituted by T-80), 20% of inorganic stuffing material can be added; thus, the production cost decreased considerably. Also decrease the cost of mold as the requirement for hot mould is comparatively lower.
