Product Application

This machine is used for preheating of mould and vulcanizing process for CPU elatormer.

Features:

(1) The heat-conducting oil which was heated up to suitable temperature in the hot oil tank go through oil pump then flow into bending pathway used for heating up flat plate, the upper surface of flat plate will be heated up to a suitable temperature, the digit display temperature controller will control automatically the temperature of oil tank and flat plate.
(2) This machine has advantage of reasonable design, reliable performance and simple operation.

Structural features:

(1) Tank: the outer surface of tank is made of thermal insulating material, so save energy.
(2) Pump: the circulating oil pump is installed on the cover of oil tank, therefore, no oil leakage; and it still has safety device.
(3) Plate: the oil path on the plate is well distirbuted, with advantage of high heat transfer efficiency, good warmkeeping, save energy and safety operation.
(4) Control: simple operation for heating up process, with advantage of reliable control.
