This machine is used for producing special micropore PU elastomer with NDI as raw material. It has good dynamic property, thermostability and oil resistance, and can be used as buffer element for automobile, heavy vehicle and express railway.

(1) Accurate measurement: patent designed pressure regulation appliance, with features of high sensitivity and simple operation, error ¡Ü¡À0.5%.
(2) Uniform mixture: special designed mixing unit, reliable performance, no air leakage or backflow of material.
(3) Stable temperature: heated by forced circulating heat-conducting oil, auto temperature control, error ¡Ü¡À2¡æ.
(4) Patent designed mixing head ensure that product meets the requirements of specific micropore.
