This oven is used for preheating and melting process for PU raw material or post-aging for PU (CPU) product.

(1) High efficient wind path design meets the requirements of hot air circulation, therefore, the hot air in the oven circulate swiftly and ensure even temperature and less temperature difference.
(2) High efficient far infrared electric tubes were distributed around the side air path to increase the area of dissipation, and also ensure uniform heating up and avoid those troubles such as burned out of heating wire, electric leakage, etc.
(3) High precision digit display temperature controller, the temperature in the oven is controlled and displayed automatically, with advantage of apparent and accurate.
(4) This machine installed with an over-temperature protecting device, so it can operate safely and reliably.
