Application:
This machine is used for dehydration in producing NDI prepolymer. As water may react with NDI prepolymer, so it is important to remove water away from raw material in producing NDI prepolymer.
Features:
(1) It consists of vacuum degas tank, vacuum buffering tank, vacuum pump, hot oil box, cooler and control cabinet, etc.
(2) Process: add PU into the vacuum degas tank (the volume of PU should not exceed 75% tank capacity), then heat up to about 140”ę, then start the vacuum pump through vacuum buffering pump to degas about 1~2 hours under vacuum and blending state, until the moisture content less than 0.5%, the hot heat-conducting oil in the sheath of degas tank flow into hot oil box, and the cold heat-conducting oil in the cold oil tank will be driven by recycling pump and flow into the sheath of deagas tank, to cool down PU in the tank until suitable temperature.
