Application:
This equipment is one of necessary support facilities to produce NDI-base preploymer. As NDI-base pour elastomer and micropore elastomer have features such as durable, good thermostability, high tear strength, high rebound degree, good wear resistance, low permanent deformation, low interior heat under dynamic state, so they can be used in those conditions with special requirements. However, the price of NDI is considerably high, as well as the shelf life of prepolymer been produced is short (it should be used to form end product within 30 minutues to several hours) as NDI has high activity, so NDI preploymer can only be produced locally. Features: (1) Structure: it consists of detachable and flat bottom stainless steel tank, airtight tank with lifting, heating up, blending and vacuum system, as well as electric system, material temperature controller and heat- conducting oil temperature controller, etc. (2) Process: add polylol been degased into the detachable material tank, then add a suitable amount of NDI into the tank, and let them react under heated and vacuum (or add nitrigon) state, the temperature will drop down when adding solid NDI into 140”ę polyester, then it will rise again to stable level, this means the reaction finished. The total reaction time should be 10 minutes, the prepolymer is ready for next process. View Parameters:
