Main structure of equipment:

(1) Tank: three-layer stainless steel tank with blending and temperature control system.
(2) Pump: low speed high precision pump, mini paste pump and precise transmission and display unit.
(3) Head: 3-position auto switchover (pouring¡ªbackflow¡ªcleaning), no advance or lag in processes, start auto cleaning process after pouring, add fixed amount of colour paste as per customers¡¯ requirement.
(4) Workbench: the mould was fixed onto a universal workbench, automatically pour rectange-, round- or other special shape filter.
(5) Control: auto digit display controllers to control and display temperature, pressure, pouring volume and colouring requirement. The workbench move according to instruct displayed on the computer monitor.
