This machine is used for producing polyurethane elastomer sheet with thickness of 1-20mm (according to the pouring process). Features： 1、This machine can produce high-quality poured polyurethane elastomer sheet with uniform thickness, steady and consistent hardness aswell as tidy surface when finished. 2、The centrifugal roller is heated by far infrared ray, and equipped with an auto temperature controller with features of convenient adjustment and accurate temperature (the heating temperature and its discrepancy may affect considerably the property and hardness of PU sheet, the hardness is lower where the temperature is higher). The heating temperature should be 100-150℃±5℃. 3、The machine is well designed and delicate maken, equipped with frequency control system; the axial runout less than 0.05mm, and the inner surface of roller is polished.
